1) If you have existing plans we will do a full BOQ estimate based on the rates that we get from our builders. Once we've finished the esitmate - we'll give you a call to go through it.
2) If you don't have plans - take advantage of our RIDICULOUSLY good offer. For just $1200 we will do an entire concept design set. (Normally Valued at $ 2900.00).
YNH specialize in tendering Custom Homes / High-End homes that range from $500K - $6M. And Residential Developments from $750K - $15M in construction value.

After our initial chat we will come back to you with either:

Or provide you with a quote to get started on the initial design phase.
If you already have all the required documentation and plans, move to the Next Step.
Otherwise - YNH can look after all the design and planning aspects of the project in-house.
We have a team of planners, drafters and project managers that can help get your project from A-Z.
Step 3: Building Tender
Once all the design and pre-construction items are done, and you've chosen your specification - We get our network of pre-qualified builders to tender for your job.
We ensure all quotes are apples for apples and that you get the best value to build your project - GUARANTEED.
We then help you decide on who the best fit is. However, the final decision is all yours! Whomever YOU choose will pay YNH a commission. Simple.
Even after contracts are signed, YNH is there to help.
In case any issues arise with the builder - we are there to resolve the disputes and ensure everything goes to plan.
