YNH responsibilities to builders

  • Run & manage outbound marketing & sales to find new projects every day

    • We generated between 30-50 leads per day.

    • Usually, 95% of these are not worth pursuing.


  • Ensure only quality (closable) projects are presented to builders

    • We will thoroughly qualify all clients before presenting the project to you, eliminating time wasters.


  • Set client expectations in regards to what's possible within their budget.

    • If the client comes to us with plans, we do a detailed estimate for their projects to ensure they are comfortable with the expected cost before going to tender.


  • Collect a clear & comprehensive set of information for tender

    • Our funnel gathers all info relevant/required to accurately price the job.


  • Provide sales estimates on all projects

    • All tenders come with a BOQ done by our team.

  • We are constantly updating our database with feedback from all our building partners.


  • Present quotes on standard pre-formatted format documentation


  • Negotiate pricing on both ends as builders 

    • Once you have submitted your tender offer, we will sit down with the client and negotiate pricing on your behalf.

    • The goal is to provide a fair outcome for both sides.


  • Capture photographs & project media during & after construction

    • We visit live sites regularly to take progress photos and showcase them on our socials.

  • Deliver an A grade product to clients.

  • Deliver an A grade experience to clients.

  • Open & honest communication with YNH & clients.

  • Be well presented.

  • Know your strengths & weaknesses


How YNH gets paid

  • We operate a no-win-no-fee basis

  • We only get paid on projects that go to the site.

  • Our fees fall between 1-3% of total project costs.

    • Fees are always stated upfront so they can be factored into your progress payment schedule.

    • Fees are paid in equal instalments over the first four progress payments (including deposits).
