I was a little sceptical at the beginning as I found YNH online through social media, but I must say their service and the end result were far better than I anticipated.

It was refreshing to deal with people who knew what they we’re doing and it was quite a straightforward process.

They priced the project in-house and let me know exactly what I should expect before meeting their builders which I found extremely helpful, and it gave me the opportunity to clearly understand costs and make changes to the spec. 
 

We got to the tail end of the tendering stage, and they organized site visits and meetings with the builders who were keen on job. I connected well with one of them and got a great offer, so I went ahead, and the townhouses are being built as we speak.
